Hey, I’m James Rutherford — I was born and raised right here in Beaufort, South Carolina, and I truly wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The Lowcountry isn’t just where I work — it’s home. Before I got into real estate, I worked in EMS as an Advanced EMT. That experience taught me how to stay cool under pressure, communicate clearly, and, most importantly, take care of people — all things I still bring to the table every day as a REALTOR®.
