Born and raised in the Finger Lakes Wine Country of upstate New York, Valerie’s family now proudly calls the South Carolina Lowcountry home. Drawn by warmer weather and the opportunity to be closer to family, they quickly found that the Lowcountry’s lifestyle, growth, and potential made it the perfect place to stay.

With more than twenty years in the hospitality industry and eight years working alongside her husband in the construction world, Valerie brings a people-first mindset paired with a strong understanding of land, building, and property potential. Her background allows her to look beyond the surface of a property — helping clients evaluate value, feasibility, and long-term opportunity whether they’re buying, selling, building, or investing.

Valerie is known for her attention to detail, honest communication, and ability to guide clients through complex situations with clarity and confidence. From residential homes to land opportunities and investment properties, she takes a practical, hands-on approach to helping clients make smart, well-informed decisions.
Outside of real estate, Valerie stays busy juggling sports and school schedules for her three children, working on her family’s YouTube channel, and helping renovating homes in the Lowcountry.
